United Airlines sucks!

United airlines sucks! I'm supposed to be in Berlin today, but the idiots at United made my life such a living hell yesterday that I cancelled the whole damn trip. 14 hours wasted, and my bag is lost. Never, ever, ever again will I fly United for an international trip. Totally incompetent and rude customer service.
